Lay down below the Restraint Bar with your head on the platform. Grasp the bar with palms facing down towards your face, tighten your core and then curl the bar down. For low back comfort bend your knees.
Staying in the same position as the previous exercise, grasp the bar with your palms up, protract your shoulders, tighten your core and then press the bar away from you. For low back comfort bend your knees.
