Isophit's 30inThirty™ Strength Training program was designed to optimize human health and functional performance. The 30inThirty program harnesses the scientifically proven benefits of isometric strength training into a streamlined, curated exercise system. Every 30inThirty Strength program consists of 30 isometric strength exercises. Ten for the upper body, ten for the lower body, and ten for the core. Each program is to be followed in sequential order. This is to allow your body's structures time to adapt to the challenges provided by each exercise. We highly recommend you complete the workout 6 times per week for 4 consecutive weeks before moving on to the next program of the series.
